Description

A two-day ascent of Dufourspitze (4634m), the highest peak in Switzerland, via the Monte Rosa Hut. On day one, we approach the hut from Rotenboden with a 3–4 hour glacier hike. Day two starts early (around 2:00 AM) with a long climb over glaciated terrain and an exposed ridge to the summit, then descend back the same way. This tour is for experienced alpinists with strong fitness and prior glacier travel.
