Off-Piste Skiing in Andermatt

Andermatt is every powder hound’s dream, and we're known great backcountry terrain and high snowfall. The lifts reach up to 2,961 meters, offering a variety of skiing experiences. While Andermatt has a wide range of ski options, the way to get the best skiing for the moment is by going with a private mountain guide.

One of the best ways to experience Andermatt is through ski touring. With just a short tour, a whole new world of terrain opens up, providing access to areas that regular skiing doesn’t reach. However, there is a lot of accessible terrain from the lifts, too. Going outbound requires a certified guide, unless you have a high degree of training along with up-to-date knowledge about conditions. Our (IFMGA-Certified) guides know the best routes for ski touring & off-piste skiing, and they take the latest snow conditions, safety, and your preferences into account to create the best possible experience. Our guides can safely lead you to spectacular spots for untouched snow and breathtaking views, enhancing your skiing adventure.

Join us for a ski touring or off-piste adventure in Andermatt. Our guides will help you discover the best areas of the mountains, ensuring a safe and memorable skiing experience. If you're interested in booking a private guide for your group (either for ski touring or freeride), reach out via the contact form on this page. We'll control availability and get back to you ASAP!
